I have all the rights to decline a commission no matter the reason, disclosed or not disclosed with you. If it happens, please do not feel offended, you can always come up with another commission request.

  Before commissioning me please check out my portfolio or the latest artworks posted on any of my social media (frequently updated ones, in order: Instagram, Deviantart, Tumblr, others) so you can get a better idea of my current style or my capabilities as an artist. I will not accept different art styles for the personal commissions besides the ones shown in the commission sheets.

  Personal use​ rules

​

  Personal use means that the artwork is for you and it mostly not be used as something that might generate you money, "art is a luxury" and this luxury is made for your own  enjoyment.

 

  I will accept working on normal commissions with you, your original/fan characters, characters from games/shows/etc.

 

  You can repost your commission with credits, you can use it as a profile picture or banners on sites that wouldn't generate you money or you are not using it for that (like facebook, twitter, personal instagram). 

 

  If you plan to use that artwork in something that generates you money, depending on different the price may warry. (more info will be added in the future)
 

  Payment and refunds

  You can pay after or before you approve the sketch. 

 

  You can request another approach of the concept if the first sketch isn’t the one you’re satisfied with, you can decline and I will redo it up to 3 times.

​

  If you don't like any even after that and you wish for me to continue, I will charge extra money for every new sketch (1€-2€) - this does not apply for smaller changes (for example moving the character in another place, changing the hair, moving a limb or others), those will be made for free. I will always let you know when there would be extra charges, so don't worry and always tell me if there's something wrong in the sketch stage.

  If you approve the sketch, the commission will fully begin after you pay at least 50% of the commission, but you won’t receive the full commission unless I’ve been fully paid.

 

  Depending on what stage of the drawing you want to interrupt, you will receive a refund.

  Time of waiting​

​

  The time of waiting can be between 2-3 weeks and up to three months.

​

  I usually try not to get over three months, but when It happens I discuss with the client if they wish a refund or to continue the commission.

​

  Please do not message me spamming questions on ‘when it's done?’, it would be more stressful and would make me uncomfortable, weekly check-ups, understanding and communication are gladly welcomed. If doing so, I may avoid accepting future commissions from you.

  Privacy

​

  If you prefer for your commission not to be shared on my social media or for you not to be mentioned in its credits, make sure you do mention it to me and I will respect your privacy.

  I may use the artwork only and only in portfolios that are not shared online if it may be a good example of my art. Otherwise, if it is not mentioned before, I will assume that I can share the artwork on my social media without restrictions. I can also decide what and what not to share on my media, please do not feel offended if I don’t share your commissioned art on my media nor push me into posting it.

  Reposting

​

  As the commissioner of the artwork you have the right to repost it where you wish to without asking me for permission, posting the watermarked version is appreciated, but not totally needed, crediting me in the description is also very appreciated.
